walking after work

I am having a hard time concentrating.  In pursuit of a diagnosis for an ongoing health issue probably best described as “aging”, I have spent the last two months or so Getting to the Bottom of It.  There are real negative side effects to this course of action, including but not limited to: sleepiness, insomnia, euphoria, depression, inflammation, dehydration, frustration, relief, motivation and resignation. The flux leaves me with few constants, and eyes that jump all over the page, screen, or face in front of me.

Lately, am walking around after work in an attempt to better operate my heart, to push fresh bathwater over my brain and squish around the lymph. Its not the Team Zissou life of adventure one dreams of, but for today these are brisk and purposeful steps in the right direction.
